1. Overview

This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning any physical goods, promotional items, or printed materials purchased from us. Please read it carefully.
2. Return Policy for Defective Products
We will gladly accept the return of any product that is defective in materials or workmanship. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and you must provide photographs and a detailed description of the defect.
Upon receiving the returned item and verifying the defect, we will, at our sole discretion:
- Issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
- Repair the defective product.
- Replace the defective product with a new, identical item.
All return shipping costs for defective items will be borne by Just20 Marketing.
3. Client-Approved Artwork & Final Proofs
This is a critical condition of sale.
- Client Responsibility: The client bears full and final responsibility for approving all artwork, designs, copy, and digital proofs (“Final Proofs”) before manufacturing or printing begins. This includes, but is not limited to, checking for spelling errors, grammatical mistakes, color inaccuracies, layout issues, and design elements.
- No Returns for Approved Artwork: Once you provide written approval (via email or electronic sign-off) of the Final Proof, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any errors that were present in the approved proof and could have been corrected at that stage. Manufacturing and printing will proceed based on your approved Final Proof.
4. Artwork Alterations for Production
We are committed to producing the highest quality product. Some design elements may not be technically feasible to reproduce with certain printing methods (e.g., very small text in silkscreen printing, ultra-fine lines).
- Our Right to Adjust: We reserve the right to make minor, necessary technical adjustments to the artwork to ensure it can be printed or manufactured correctly.
- Significant Changes: If the required adjustments fundamentally alter the overall design or intent of the approved artwork, we will immediately pause all production and notify you.
- Client Approval for Significant Changes: Printing and manufacturing will not resume until you have reviewed and provided written approval for the modified artwork. We are not liable for any delays caused by this necessary quality-control process.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for return or refund unless they are deemed defective upon receipt (as outlined in Section 2):
- Custom-made, personalized, or printed products ordered with your specific branding, logo, or artwork.
- Any product that has been approved via a Final Proof.
- Items that have been misused, damaged, altered, or neglected after delivery.
- Items that have suffered damage due to normal wear and tear or improper care.
6. Product Misuse & Negligence
Just20 Marketing is not responsible for replacing or refunding items that have been damaged due to client misuse, negligence, or failure to follow care instructions. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Leaving banners, flags, or signs outdoors in inclement weather beyond their intended durability.
- Washing printed apparel in a manner contrary to the provided care labels.
- Using products for a purpose for which they were not designed.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and entered into our production system, it cannot be changed or cancelled if we have already begun the manufacturing process or if you have approved the Final Proof. Requests for changes or cancellations must be made in writing and are only accepted if we have not yet commenced production.
8. Shipping Damage
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If you discover any shipping damage:
- Note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.
- Keep all original packaging and materials.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue promptly.
